September 30, 2009Robert Englund IS FREDDIE. Why do they keep re-making perfectly good foreign horror films, and now the classics?! It's getting really annoying. How about some original ideas goddammit?! What next? Gremlins? Tremors? Children Of The Corn? Battle Royale? The Birds? Ugh... Annoyance.

August 15, 2009Can't wait to see it! I am a huge fan of the "A nightmare on Elm street" franchise, and even though Robert Englund ain't reprising his role as Freddy, i still think it's going to be great! And Jackie Early Haley looks like a good Freddy to me.
I am definitely going to watch this on the world premiere!:) -

March 10, 2009At the rate they're going, they'll be remaking horror movies from the late 90s in a couple years. I'm not completely against remakes, but I don't get what this whole horror remake craze is all about. And in most cases, the remakes don't come close to the originals. The Friday the 13th remake is a perfect example. That was just horrible... and it was one I thought they couldn't go wrong with. If you're going to do a remake, at least make damn sure it is at least going to be as good as the opriginal. Otherwise, what's the point?
I hope the A Nightmare on Elm Street reimagining is good. It has a lot of potential to be great. But looking at recent remakes, I'm not expecting much. -
March 9, 2009Ever since i have been a young girl of like 5 i have always loved the horror gener and A nightmare on Elm Street was my favorite horror movies and well when i lived out in california idk if it was Robert Enugland or not but some dressed up as freddy for one halloween and i got to meet him and if it was not the real one at my young age it seemed to be the real one but i can not wait to see the remake of nightmare on elm street but only if robert england will be plaing freddy cuz he is an icon playing freddy and no one else can play him and all these other horror movies like friday the 13th and halloween anyone can play them cuz you can not tell if its a diffrent person or not unless you look at the credits unlike nightmare elms street same guy and the new one will not be good in my opinion if robert engluad will not play him and i will love that i can go see my fav. horror movie in theater then on t.v por dvd seeing that all of them came out to dvd or vhs before i could even go see one
