The effects are ok but it isn't scary at any point... except for the vampires on the pointy end of Charlie's stake!

Never a patch on the first but it did have a lot to contend with. Not too bad really.

Great werewolf in it. And Roddy McDowall reprises his role as Peter Vincent. Hilarious in it's B-movie humor. There's a flippin' vampire that skates, my friend. You should watch it for that alone, not to mention Roddy McDowall & the werewolf. Then watch the first movie.

Strong, solid follow up to the original film with Charlie re-uniting with Peter Vincent; only this time the duo have to deal with the sister of the vampire in the first film...and she's a little pissed. A blast to watch and more fun than a barrel of blood-suckers. Highly recommen...( read more)

A sequel that's just as much everything that the first one was. It doesn't get the attention that it deserves, but it will one day. Mucho worth checking out, if you can track it down.
