This is hilarious in places but dull in others. The film is absolute gold during the meetings of De Niro and Stiller, they play of each other so well, all the scenes when Stiller is at the parents house is brilliantly funny, the dinner scene especially. It tends to lose the edge ...( read more)

Meet the Parents is one of those "must-see" comedies, and most people think of it as one of the funniest movies of recent years. Robert De Niro and Ben Stiller make a surprisingly effective comedy duo, and there are lots of laughs to be enjoyed throughout the movie.
