This is and has been one of my all time favourite movies since i saw it at the age of 15. fabulous script by QT, not quite as it should be adaptation by stone, but still a wicked film regardless. ive studied this for years in various film studies classes and now know it inside o...( read more)ut, i dont even own it on dvd any more. i dont know when ill ever watch this again as i have it burned into my memory. it is the film that made me realise what film could do to people and what emotions it could unfurl. i totally fell in love with the idea of the anti-hero and freedom in life. if youre gonna do something wrong - do it right.

oliver stone, although maybe for the wrong reasons, was going down the right path with this movie, its hard to understand why he made world trade center now. AND with nick cage? what a fool.

this should be text book for all kids film studies classes. ask them if they get it. cuz they always will. beautiful, analytical, a good starting point for growth, understanding, an open mind and pure unadulterated romance.

An explosive and unforgettable film. An exhilerating adreniline-rush. A powerful, riveting, scary and shockingly brilliant. A great taste of pulp entertainment. Director, Oliver Stone's genre-bending masterpiece. A wickedly hilarious, terror-filled, action-packed anarchy picture ...( read more)of a world gone mad. It takes you deep in the minds of madness. Woodey Harrelson gives a pure powerhouse performance. Tommy Lee Jones is brilliant. Robert Downy. Jr is teriffic. A gut-tightning and mind-blowing pice of hard-rocking and exhilerating work

Visually stunning but the content is far from beautiful. A brutal version/remake of Bonnie & Clyde.

rent it and see for yourself, worth the watch, and Stone, bravo, great movie!

I love that Stone took Tarantino's script and turned it into an over the top farce. I love that Tarantino hates it. It's a little too media savy and socio-political for him. That's OK, it's stuff he should look into before he gets stale.

This one works because of Stone's film...( read more)ic idiosyncracies. (Others don't fare as well. Almost better to stick w/ his earlier work before he found his directorial 'style'.)

A masterpiece you should not miss. The soundtrack, the actors, the vision of Oliver Stone.... just everything about this film is incredible. Definately one of my favourites... seeing this once is never enough.

Shit man... I'm a Natural Born Killer.

    One of my favorites.

    Pointless and confusing.

I always felt that "Natural Born Killers" is one of these films that have everything. It's like a rollercoaster, while stoned, eating a hotdog, getting a blowjob, while reading your favorite magazine with an interview on your favorite director.

That being said, while it is as e...( read more)ntertaining as the forementioned activities combined it also features all the downsides of doing these things combined. A rollecoaster can make you sick, then you vomit the hotdog, naturaly the girl bites your willy, the magazine has many crappy columns and your favorite director was drunk while giving that interview. Oh, and you always have to crash sometime. What I'm trying to emphasise is that the movie is equaly entertaining and disturbing. And that is the whole point. It actually ties all the elements of the movie.

The killings, the love story, the cartoonish characters, the media. The critisism on the media is the very basic simple and classic critisism: media people are scum and will do anything to be succesful. It is a good point and the direction of the movie makes it clear as it ever could be. The ethical standpoint of the movie is that of a nihilist. You can kill. It is natural. In this point the audience asks: "Then what seperates us from animals?" and Mickey as the God of his own world says "Nothing, And it is good.". If that works for you, you get to live your life as another common person. That's what Mickey and Mallory do. But does it work?

Before closing this review I need to underline that the performances are brilliant and so is the visual experience that this movie provides.

A surreal satire focusing on American culture and mass media featuring the white trash, mass murdering equivalent of Bonnie and Clyde. It may also be the best romantic comedy ever made. Funny, violent, ridiculous, offensive, the list goes on. And to cap it all off, they got Tr...( read more)ent Reznor to produce the soundtrack. I've been watching this movie since I was twelve, at this point I've seen it so many times that I can probably act out the whole thing by myself. I don't know what that says about me. I'm not really an Oliver Stone fan, U-Turn was good, and J.F.K. was alright, maybe it's the fact that it was based on a Quentin Tarantino story, which I didn't realize until about 3 years after I saw it. One more thing, Rodney Dangerfield as Mallory's drunken, abusive, pervert of a dad may have been the best part of the movie. Who knew Dangerfield could play such a good scumbag?
