November 30, 2009While remaining true to the book, lost a lot of the charm by failing to bring a lot of the detail. Good, but could have been excellent, as the actors were all ace.

November 19, 2009There are definatly parts here that work well, and thanks to the leads, its not a complete failure. It certainly isn't going to start a new sub-genre in romantic cinema, but its certainly the harmless, guilt-free affair that it set out to be. Nothing more, nothing less.

November 15, 2009it was kind of hard to follow. and some how felt like the movie wasn't put together that well. i enjoyed it. but it could have been so much better! eric bana and rachel mcadams make sort of an odd couple. They make it work most of the time though.

November 15, 2009This was a great movie. Though there were some parts that I thought it got a little bit boring, but for the most part it was great. A brilliant tear jerker, and after the movie my mascara was running down my face! Rachel McAdams was fantastic in this movie and so was Eric Bana!

November 9, 2009As a movie, this was pretty acceptable but if you read the book, I cannot stress this enough: STAY AWAY FROM THIS PILE. Absolutely atrocious as an adaptation. The book was fantastic but this movie is lacking in almost every way possible as far as a book to movie conversion goes.

November 8, 2009One of the must see movies since "The Notebook" also starring McAdams. Romantic love story with a Sci-fi twist that doesnt over do it or ruin the movie with fake attributtes. You'll fall for Bana's Devotion and McAdams Unsettling love.
