Just far too long. The film would have been at least an hour shorter if Michael Bay didn't persist in showing every f*cking thing in slow motion.
The whole thing is like one long advert for the US marines. Megatron disapears for half the film after coming back to life. Bay just throws money at the screen and doesn't seem to give us a plot to follow. I couldn't believe they introduced one robot just to give us a fat load of exposition to move whatever story there was along. Action movies arn't suppose to be dull. Bay made the same mistake with Bad Boys 2 by making it too long and did the same thing here. |
